…..his imperial majesty, ‘Alaiyeluwa Oonirisa Adimula of Ile-Ife takes 1, 2 & 3 wives with “Olori Mariam Ajibola Ogunwusi” as the numero uno amongst all……
We had told you about the new queen, her majesty “Olori Mariam Ajibola Ogunwusi nee Anako” before she came in. Then in our other report we had also announced the arrival of a 2nd wife, in the person of the incoming ‘Olori Opeoluwa Elizabeth Ogunwusi nee Akinmuda’, who came from her base in Glasgow, Scotland and is in her late 30s and she’s said to be a successful IT executive.
Her own ceremony before she would come to the palace as an official wife is actually set for today, Thursday, September 15, 2022 from about 12 noon or later. The king’s entourage would leave VGC on the Island enroute Magodo on the mainland.
Forget about that other speculation about another person having her own ceremony too today, it’s a big fat lie. Except maybe the family of the Ogunwusi wouldn’t be involved and the palace aides and it would be done clandestinely at an hotel then maybe. Or except that the family of the monarch led by his father can be divided into 2, before that can happen. We can tell you emphatically that the entourage from the palace representing the monarch, are only going to the Magodo home of the Akimudas, who are said to be strict Christians who actually attend the Mountain of Fire ministries.
But yes, we are also announcing that a 3rd wife would actually soon be on the way, but may not as immediate as these 2- Olori Mariam & Olori Opeoluwa.
One or more may likely still come in and from amongst the harem too. But all the right steps have to be taken 1st before that can happen.
The monarch’s immediate family must be in the know and also some other important people too in and around the palace. The king doesn’t take decisions of this kind in limbo without consulting the people that matter to him, and one of those he does consult is his father, who always handles sensitive things and more.
From what we have gathered though, it could be a known princess of the source whose greatgrandfather was also a monarch, but may not be the dark skinned one that has been “claiming” a position she never ever had before and desperately want to have too. Maybe she could join the harem officially in the future we don’t know, but for now no.
Though some people have said never ever. To that we can only say miracles do happen and she could become one day. So let’s keep our fingers crossed. For that particular one, maybe we need to ask a question or 2, and the 1st is what about that 70 year old Grandpa, a Caucasian in London, who is the dude? How did you also come about that Krispy Kreme franchise if you claim your live-in-lover is just a business partner strictly?
The monarch actually met the dark one in London sometime back and she became one of his paramour (we actually know about that gist and how it went), but her aggression, over-excitedness and being unnecessarily too forward and maybe too desperate, may actually have cost her the position she wants so desperately. (We actually have her full gist about her early days (life) in Ife, while she was at a Polytechnic then, then also time in Ibadan including her property, before she relocated abroad after.
The one likely to become the 3rd wife though, like some have speculated may be a princess and she’s light-skinned. The monarch is actually keeping who she is and her name to his heart for now, not divulging to anyone. But if she gets the stamp of approval like most believe she should, it may just actually be as a result of her loyalty and devotion to his imperial majesty- as she’s known to love him deeply wants the best for him. The one we actually suspect it could be, has been with Kabiyesi for atleast 7 years now.
But like the monarch is known to do, he could just spring a surprise that would leave mouth agape and it could be another person entirely! So we all await with bated breathe as the identity would be revealed sooner rather than later.
But the official announcement of this 3rd could happen anytime between now and early next year.
What could push it till a bit later are the following-
The monarch just did the 1st one a few days ago and is following it up with today’s own to ‘Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda’. Hers is a more subdued ceremony before she would later go to the palace to be received by her majesty, Olori Mariam Ogunwusi.
After these 2 important ceremonies, the monarch would from next week go into seclusion for the very important Olojo day 2022, which would mean that September is already closed for another ceremony.
Then in October- 2 major very important events would hold back to back, infact a day apart from each other.
1st there would be a “mother of all receptions” in Ife to celebrate the wedding between Oba Adeyeye and Olori Mariam with all the feferity it deserves. What has been done is the traditional rites, what is coming is a reception to celebrate the nuptial. From all indications, most of the upscale hotels in Ile-Ife have been booked full, ahead for those storming the town. This party is slated for Sunday, October 16, 2022.
The next day Monday, October 17, 2022 is when Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ojaja II, Oonirisa Adimula of Ile-Ife and Arole Odua himself would clock 48. So there’s the likelihood that visitors would again troop to the palace to pay homage and celebrate him. Expect humongous gifts from all over for that, likely a new Rolls Royce or maybe Maybach.
So maybe after the birthday, then the announcement of the 3rd wife would come or it could be extended till early next year.
The handsome and generous monarch’s heart has been broken a few times and these gorgeous oloris are expected to be the soothing balm to help ameliorate the hurt.
For those who don’t understand the need for many wifes, it is actually a tradition and part of the culture. Some of their own volition may decide not to have more than one, that doesn’t mean they couldn’t have had more if they so wished. The wives are like gems/gemstones or ornaments on the king’s bejeweled crown. So Olori Mariam, Olori Opeoluwa & Olori princess….. are good samples of such rare gemstones.
Again, congratulations to the newest bride in town- incoming Olori Opeoluwa Elizabeth Ogunwusi nee Akinmuda. And by extension congratulations to his imperial majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ojaja II.
May your crown endure, so also your royal shoes too.
